About Dr. Amanda
Hey, Momma! I’m Dr. Amanda Fisher – Women’s Health Specialist and proud mother of 3 boys – all born via C-Section. I’m the founder of Empower Your Pelvis (my physical therapy clinic in Kansas City) and the creator of Body After Birth.
And I’ve been in your shoes – With each of my pregnancies, I had my fair share of issues. Things like back pain, peeing my pants in public, diastasis recti (AKA abdominal separation), pubic bone pain, pain with sex – even varicose veins in my legs and labia. Yep! Fun stuff! 😯
