1) 5-Star 365 powers membership programs for top-rated businesses and communities. You can join as many clubs as you want! Benefits include exclusive discounts, bonuses, gifts and valuable information.

2) You can use 5-Star 365 just like any other app. Simply visit the home page, click Add This App to Your Phone, and follow the instructions. You can also access your memberships on any device at 5star365.com.

3) You can save specific benefits to your phone. Simply click Add These Deals to My Phone near the top of any membership page, and follow the instructions.

4) As a member, you’re automatically entered for chances to win a VIP membership. Choose any club you want! Winners are notified via email. There’s no purchase necessary. Certain rules may apply.

How do I redeem my benefits? Simply follow the instructions on each pass. For online orders, be sure to include any coupon codes you may need. For call-in orders, be sure to let the person you talk to know you’re a member.

Do my benefits ever expire? Unless otherwise noted, all benefits expire at the end of the calendar period, and unused benefits do not carry forward. However, vendors may offer rollover periods for select benefits at their discretion.

How do I cancel a VIP membership? Simply visit the home page and select the membership from your list. Then scroll down, click the Downgrade button, and follow the insructions.
