How do I redeem my benefits?
Simply follow the instructions on each pass. For online orders, be sure to include any coupon codes you may need. For call-in orders, be sure to let the person you talk to know you’re a member.
Do my benefits ever expire?
Unless otherwise noted, all benefits expire at the end of their respective calendar period (month, quarter or year), and unused benefits do not carry forward. However, vendors may offer rollover periods for select benefits at their discretion.
When do my benefits renew?
All monthly benefits renew at the beginning of each calendar month. All quarterly benefits renew at the beginning of each calendar quarter. Some annual benefits renew at the beginning of each calendar year. Other annual benefits renew at the time of your yearly membership renewal. See each program for details.
When do my memberships renew?
All free memberships continue indefinitely. All paid monthly memberships renew at the beginning of each calendar month. All paid yearly memberships renew on the anniversary of your sign-up date. All payments of membership dues are automatically processed at the time of renewal.
What is the $0.95 service fee?
5-Star 365 charges a small fee on top of all monthly or annual membership dues. This revenue supports our ability to deliver exceptional value and enhanced services.
How do I cancel a paid membership?
Simply visit the home page and select the membership from your list. Then scroll down, click the Downgrade or Cancel button near the bottom of the page, and follow the insructions. You can also view and manage your automatic payment subscriptions by clicking the More icon in the footer and then clicking the Manage Subscriptions button.
